Be warned that this area of Downtown Sarasota can attract a rowdy crowd after dark, so if you are seeking a quiet setting, this may not be the place for you.

Perhaps one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Sarasota, Laurel Park has undergone a major upgrade, from untidy old homes to renovated, high-end historic cottages.
